Max is very impressive with his natural knowledge of the law. He ensured the pace of the training was suitable for everyone in the room. He has offered many forms of support during and after the course. I am finishing the course feeling empowered to continue my development as a BIA.

I came into the course feeling very settled in my understanding of the law, however the course has given me an even greater understanding and respect for the law and the framework that protects me as a social worker but also as a best interest assessor. The course was very interesting and engaging and Max was very friendly and easy to identify with - he made the course very accessible and catered it to everyone's needs. Thank you.

I’ve really enjoyed the course despite being overwhelmed at one point with legislation. I can already see how my learning will contribute towards my Social Work practice and give me a strong foundation to progress towards becoming a best interests assessor.

Informative and inclusive. Broken down to ensure each member of the course understood despite beginning knowledge

The course training was very insightful, which I feel has boosted my confidence. I am sure that with what I have so far gained, there would be so much improvement in my practice especially with regards to completing MCA/BIA

The training was delivered in a fantastic way by a man who was extremely knowledgeable about the subject, and legislation involved, how and where to find it and apply it. The course was extremely enjoyable and instruction was given on how to complete the essays, including examples. The trainer developed a good rapport very quickly, with all the students. The materials provided were excellent and the trainer understood how overwhelming the information could be. I cannot think of any improvements that need to be made (except the technical difficulties involved with using Teams).
