Attendees particularly value the trainers’ ability to make complex legislation, case law and legal terminology clear, precise and practical. They describe Sue, Steve and Max as knowledgeable, patient, approachable and engaging, using real-world examples, case studies, discussion and group work to connect theory with BIA practice. A significant amount of information delivered comprehensively and flexibly to maintain the interest of the group. Good use of application to practice via a case study -expert teachers - with a good balance of Law and Practice experience. Pre reading and videos was valuable to orientate students.

I was so impressed with how Sue presented the course information. I lacked confidence with teams training. Her ability to allow all to ask questions put me particularly at ease. Sue demonstrated her vast knowledge and skills in a very professional manner. I have enjoyed this course immensely.

A very well-delivered course that balanced legal theory with practical application. The teaching style was engaging, inclusive, and supportive, which made complex areas of DoLS and Best Interests assessment much easier to understand. I have gained valuable knowledge and confidence that will positively influence my professional practice.
