The training was extremely well delivered and Sue was very knowledgable in the topic area. good use of examples to put theory into practice which helped understanding of all the topic areas. the content of the training is geared to a particle area of decision making however I was able to translate the process Into my practice and the best interest decisions that I will need to make for my client group. Enjoyed the 4 days, the information at time was heavy however that the nature of the topic of the training.
I thoroughly enjoyed this course. I started it feeling slightly intimidated by this training and have left feeling good about it. I feel that I now have a good understanding of the BIA role, relevant legislation, case law and more. I look forward to consolidating everything I have learnt and putting it into my practice.
Sue is very knowledgeable and she made the lectures easy to understand. Very patient and answers questions with clarity The case laws , Acts and legislations was well explained The song about DOLs and MCA . Storck case , Guzzardi The work books are written in simple English
This course is a very insightful course into the Best Interest Assessor role. The contents are very good and I could not have asked for a better Trainer. The Trainer has an excellent knowledge of the topic and this made the course interesting and understandable even for those of us that had no prior knowledge of Law cases. The only issue is that for such a course, it requires more days because of the contents to cover. Overall, it is an excellent course.
Trainers was fantastic... max knowledge based provided reassurance and helped make very complex cases easier to follow and understand
