Very informative course, preparing us for face-to-face training next week. Everything was explained clearly with examples which really helps with understanding.

Helpful and good to learn about the cross examination and the importance of details in report, clarity, presentation and structure. The structure of court was also important to understand.

Trainer (Nick) was very knowledgeable of the subject and gave reassurance and good constructive feedback throughout the day to take forward.

I think the aspect of the trainer that I most respect, above his ability to keep interest awake and timing the breaks well, is the depth of knowledge he has which he clearly spells out in both written and verbal presentations so it becomes quite easy to understand and apply -almost in a simple methodical fashion.

The course was very valuable and relevant to my line of work as an Animal Health Officer. Ren was so knowledgeable and informative, and has a natural way of delivering detailed information in an easy to understand format. I would definitely recommend my colleagues to join this course, and it has helped me to feel better prepared for any future situations I may face that could result in being in court.
