Very useful and certainly improved my awareness and understandings of civil litigation and what happens in the courtroom. The cross-examination role play, in particular, was extremely well done and very helpful.

Faye was great, thank you.......if anything maybe one or two less in the group would be better so would be less rushed

The session was very useful and informative. I would have preferred a different witness statement example which was a good example of how to write a statement.

Really enjoy these training days, especially as a refresher, I feel as though this time around I understand what is required. As stated above, I now have a better understanding on how importance of statement writing and how to respond as a professional witness.

Very detailed explanation of the courtroom process and how to proceed in giving expert evidence.

The reason for the 6 is not a reflection on the course, only a reflection on there is a lot more to know/learn.
