I have worked in HMRC for 20 years and this is one of the best training sessions I have ever attended. The presenter was extremely knowledgeable and engaging, and put the group at ease with regards to what can be a very worrying subject/process.

Very thorough and covered all aspects of courtroom cases, I feel much more prepared and have a much better understanding of what goes on.
