A great course with insight into procedures when giving evidence and setting expectations of what to expect

Kelly gave an informative course in a friendly and approachable way. She succeeded in taking away some of the fear of having to give evidence I felt before starting the course and if I have to attend court in the future I now feel well prepared to do so.
