Ricahard is an excellent teacher and he held the meeting very well.. It was appropriate for the attendees and helped me to clarify a lot of issues.
The course was interactive and the trainer had a lot of good tips for us to help in the future in case that we need to be at Court for witnessing.
great training, feeling a lot more confident now.
Fantastic trainer, knowledgeable, extremely personable, and very disarming which helped engage a number of very scared attendees. The course material was in-depth without being overwhelming and the delivery was spot on.
Richard made it really relevant to our specific role, he was funny and engaging and was very supportive on what was a demanding and rewarding course!
Richard was fantastic at explaining how we can improve our skills and showing us ways to avoid pitfalls.
