Stephanie was a brilliant trainer, and really put us through our paces. Which was needed, as I feel this will give us the best foundations if we ever get asked to attend a court case.
The course is a good reminder and preparation for attending Court. The role play feels very realistic and provides a good approximation of how it feels in reality.
Very interesting and worth while, though would say to include other cases relevant to Portal work.
this is a great course and I would recommend anyone likely to be called to court to give evidence to attend this court. Francesca was very knowledgeable and gave a great insight into the process and tips. I feel much more confident to attend court to give evidence.
I’ve just completed all modules, except report writing, this week and it has been intense. There has been a degree of repetition, and I wonder if the course could be condensed to 4 days rather than 5. However the results in the CUBS assessment will speak for themselves!
The training materials were supplied to me electronically, I would have preferred to have paper copies for ease of reference.
