Fantastic course led by Stephanie, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. I had very limited knowledge before, so the course has been very beneficial, highlighting the most important aspects I would need to apply to my job role.
Very good course - Realisation APHA is operating on a wing and a prayer to achieve any prosecutions
Very useful in terms of what to expect if required to be a witness, what to prepare and what the procedures are. Highlighted gaps in my knowledge. Excellent role play exercises to give a practical experience of what to expect in court.
The case study could be more realistic to give attendees better experience of cross-examination.
A really great course. Teaching you not only the basics of the court process, but also providing more detailed knowledge on the role of a witness and how to deal with cross examination. The mock cross examination, whilst daunting, was invaluable experience - everyone's feedback was unique to them providing you with clear areas to work on.
An excellent course. I thoroughly enjoyed it and found it extremely useful for my job.
It is not something often done in our role, therefor difficult to be enthusiastic or engaged with the training. This is no fault of Bond Solon or our trainer.
It was interesting and informative and helpful in case of attendance to a court hearing.
