A very eye opening course which highlighted my lack of knowledge and training in this area
It was interesting and enjoyable. I think it will be very helpful if going to court
enjoyed the course thoroughly, it became apparent that we are not trained sufficiently in certain areas so i will be feeding this back to management

Was challenging to try and think of questions to ask someone on their witness statement. Was challenging to answer questions at times with fictional cases where you have not done the work so do not know the reasons for certain aspects. A refresh of the court room layout might have been useful on day one instead of just on day two.
