I really like Nicks approach. He’s very thorough but also makes you feel at ease in what is a very nerve wracking training session.
Great presentation Ren kept us engaged and very informative.
It would have been more of an advantage to have been able to be more familiar with the witness statements that were used in the role plays. The time to read this was not factored into the course time meaning I had to do this on top of other workload and in personal vening time. It would also be helpful if you were assigned one witness statement in particular to be questioned on which would be more realistic to a real life tribunal as you would know your statement.
Excellent course. Has helped demystify court room appearances and given me plenty of food for thought when preparing for my next assessment day,
Nick was fantastic at delivering this course, covering the subject matter of courtroom skills with ease. I felt comfortable listening to him and I am more confident in this area as a result of this training.
Richard gave clear examples from his practice and he prepared the group well for the cross examination role play at the end of the day.
