The training was absolutely outstanding and the trainer showed every bit of the decades of experience that she had in the area. I will and have already recommended this course to any of my line of business that can get onto the training.

This was an excellent introduction to courtroom etiquette and the skills I need to learn so that I can fulfil my duty to the court effectively, professionally and with confidence. Before the course I was lacking in knowledge about the procedures related to giving evidence, and the rules and regulations regarding behaviour and formalities in court. I now feel more confident that I could address the court, and give the Judge an honest opinion in a professional manner, with clarity of tone and well paced responses. I am acutely aware of my responsibilities under CPR 35.3 and will regularly refresh my memory by re-reading these principles, and diarise time to thoroughly absorb my report prior to court attendance. I am very grateful to have been given the opportunity to attend this course and feel better equipped should I need to give evidence in the future.
