Thank you for putting together a really nice learning experience. I found all the information very useful and I will be taking the additional things that I learned back into practice, as well as putting an in-house training session together for our unqualified staff.
It was well worth the time spent because I am confident that going forward I will be able to make proper documentation and capture all necessary details in order to create the true picture of my encounter with patients on daily basis.
I was just expecting a training more clinical related but enjoyed all the legal aspects and found them really important
