The course was informative and relevant and presented in an easy to understnad way. I would have liked a couple more case studies/ exercises

I feel I have benefited from doing this course today, because we were a small group it was nice and made it easier to ask and answer questions

Susan delivered the course really well, she was engaging and made the content interesting. I found the examples discussed relating to health care particularly useful. I will definitely be implementing what I've learnt into my daily record keeping.
