It is a skill to deliver online training effectively, often breakout rooms can go awry but as objectives and activities were clear, well enabled and relevant to the subject matter they worked really well. Really enjoyed the course.

Feel like this training should be offered early in your career with the NHS so that you have the knowledge to record information correctly from the outset. This far exceeds any training I have received since joining the trust about the legal process and why it is so important to record information in a clear, intelligible and accurate way.

I was apprehensive at first but the Trainor was very good and I really enjoyed the session and have taken a lot from it and has given me more insight into how record keeping is imperative not just for legal reasons but also for good patient care.
