I did not received the booklet. However, the new information I received today will surely change my record practice in a positive way

I have learnt a lot today about record keeping and will put it in practice in my future work.

Lisa was very good at taking her time to answer our questions and explaining how we should write and present out reports for hearing at tribunals

it was an educative course full of knowledge and directly related to our profession, and it has elaborated the real meaning of Record keeping and its importance.
