AI summary of reviews

Its distinctive strength is making record keeping’s legal and professional consequences tangible: attendees say knowledgeable, approachable trainers use healthcare scenarios, case studies, role-play and breakout discussions to turn a potentially dry subject into an engaging, practical session. The course clarifies how to write accurate, timely, factual notes, builds confidence and prompts reflection, with learning readily applied to daily clinical and managerial practice. I’m sorry to sound harsh but I have to say this course was disappointing to say the least. I have left with absolutely no new knowledge whatsoever. The course was not tailored to our field, the trainer did not understand our role, required documentation or the systems and having not even come from medical negligence. The activities were long winded, poorly explained and irrelevant.
