It was a good course. I picked up a few tips and noticed habits I'd gotten into that I should correct. I enjoyed it. Definitely think it's worthwhile doing and even though it's a long course, all the activities in between helps make the time go pretty fast. Greg is an excellent trainer too and very patient and charismatic.

Really useful training, at first I wondered what the purpose was and that it was easy! I will take this learning away as I found the methods really useful for data accuracy. To 1. Focus on task using a strategy, don't multitask or try to fit things in because you have a spare 10 mins! 2. Concentrate take 20 min ergo breaks 3. Use 3 cluster digit / number method to improve accuracy.

Very good overall, I think it could be made more engaging with some non written games/ exercises to break up the writing.

Enjoyed the course, Trainer was very clear in explaining and describing the tasks. Have a few tips I have learnt and will take back to my role and personal life.

Although I did this course back in September 2021. It was still very useful. I found the exercises transferring figures and letters accurately. Making sure that you use the correct abbreviations. timing myself when completing the Assessments. I even realised the importance of taking mini breaks as when your over tired you can easily make mistakes that can be detrimental for example details with a court case in my work environment.
