Very well delivered course with very useful, helpful content and plenty of opportunities to be actively involved in discussions. Greg was an excellent trainer - patient and with great explanations and examples and he encouraged continuous engagement from all participants.

I found this course really helpful. Greg was brilliant at explaining everything and teaching new ways in checking back work to stop errors. He was also really helpful with all questions we had and new ways to make checking and our accuracy better in the future.

I thoroughly enjoyed the training sessions which enabled me to better understand how to read and transpose data. There were many useful tips which I will apply going forward.
