I found the course really interesting. It was interactive and engaging. I found it beneficial to be able to see where I am more likely to make mistakes / errors and feel I can apply these to my work.
Really pleased to have the opportunity to attend. It’s been a challenge but with a very positive outcome.

The course was useful thank you, just to make us think. The biggest area I feel where errors occur is over time when you feel time pressured and it was interesting that when you have a timer on, at the start of the training I felt pressured and got errors, but at the end I got quicker and this did not happen. I think this is the same in the working environment. There is pressure to have work done at a certain time.
I enjoyed this course, very informative with tips and tricks that I will be taking with me to improve my work and personal life too.
Overall, it the course a good refresher and it was good to know tips for developing better accuracy.
Good course with lots of information and techniques to help you improve your accuracy.

I would recommend that this course is done in an individual office. It was not possible on this occasion as it clashed with our Regional Meeting and the level of distraction has proved to be more challenging than would be expected on a normal working day.
Response: Hi Helen, Thanks for your note - that's really useful to know. It was becoming apparent that distractions were getting worse for some of the participants. I hope that this did not affect your enjoyment of the course too much.
