Included everyone in the discussions, asked people questions regularly to keep focus, had structured breaks throughout to help concentration. Very informative.

The general theme of the training is what we probably already know but just don't use - it has focused me and my mindset. It is good to know that we all work differently and all do make mistakes but will have learned how to try to avoid the same things happening again. The time scale for the course is good - a full day would be too much. Time well worth spent.

I will take a lot of techniques away from the course which I can put into practice for myself and my team: When checking reports to come at them from the angle of them being wrong rather than correct. Power of three, highlighter, focus time, not multi tasking, regular breaks. Noting down errors and looking for patterns, same time of day or same numbers where the mistakes occur.

I found the course really interesting. It was interactive and engaging. I found it beneficial to be able to see where I am more likely to make mistakes / errors and feel I can apply these to my work.
