I would recommend that this course is done in an individual office. It was not possible on this occasion as it clashed with our Regional Meeting and the level of distraction has proved to be more challenging than would be expected on a normal working day.Response : Hi Helen, Thanks for your note - that's really useful to know. It was becoming apparent that distractions were getting worse for some of the participants. I hope that this did not affect your enjoyment of the course too much.
