Really enjoyable induction, sufficient breaks and the trainer was really engaging.

Overall great; I already knew a lot of the topics discussed but it was good to refresh and deep dive on them.

Very engaging, had some great discussions and I think this was in large part down to the presenters natural charisma & skill in provoking thoughtful reflection and discussion from the group

I really enjoyed the workshop and learning about some useful tools to use and take back and use in my own worklife
