Excellent day. Really enjoyed exploring issues with fellow students and trainer, plus learning new theories.

Really enjoyed today, it was intense but so much information and thoughts going round, was really good and engaging

I thought today was a good session as Jason related the learning to the assignment questions. From this I could see what is the difference between evaluate, analyse and recommend. I can also see how the models relate and how as a coach you can be fluid and use different elements of the models to suit.

Overall, I found the workshop highly insightful and engaging. I particularly enjoyed exploring the Narrative Approach and NLP, as they provided practical techniques for helping clients reshape their thinking and focus on goals. The mix of theory and application was valuable, and I now feel more confident in integrating these approaches into my coaching practice.

Breaks length also felt right to allow for understanding and decompression

Jason was really good at presenting all of the information and relating this back to the questions in our next assignment. It was really helpful to hear about Jason's thoughts on how he would approach a Coachee and how he would tailor his questioning to 'fit' with the Coachee. My colleagues were really insightful and we had some good discussions today. Everyone was very engaged. I felt very motivated and even began writing up some of my notes from the training session for my 3rd assignment.
