What a way to start a journey with an opportunity to see the end in sight. Overwhelming!
Really good day - although a lot to take in!! I can really start to see how the foundational principles of professional coaching focussed on positive, forward thinking and progressive goals is being built upon through the under pinning theory, the different models and techniques.

I thought today was a good session as Jason related the learning to the assignment questions. From this I could see what is the difference between evaluate, analyse and recommend. I can also see how the models relate and how as a coach you can be fluid and use different elements of the models to suit.
Overall, I found the workshop highly insightful and engaging. I particularly enjoyed exploring the Narrative Approach and NLP, as they provided practical techniques for helping clients reshape their thinking and focus on goals. The mix of theory and application was valuable, and I now feel more confident in integrating these approaches into my coaching practice.
Breaks length also felt right to allow for understanding and decompression
