Well run, a lot to take in. I would prefer face to face sessions.

Good - worried about lack of feedback in coaching sessions from a qualified supervisory coach, relying on peer review by inexperienced coaches in training

Best session to date, presenter style was the best. So informative and reflective and personable. Such a useful day!

Emma shared lots of additional information with us throughout the day and kept it really interesting.

I feel the breakout exercises are helpful but could be shorter as we often revisit the same topics or conversations and there is so much new knowledge to cover. Overall the whole day was helpful especially in relation to structure of coaching sessions and the programme, upcoming requirements and coaching considerations.

Very useful input and used practical examples to explain options

Very useful and good points for reflection. Also good tips for the completion of the assignment.
