overall very good

Overwhelming as there was a lot of information - but the supportive trainer and their reassurance helped.

Mark is a great trainer, good company and we always learn a lot from him

It was ok, I felt that the slides were slightly rushed and sometimes needed a bit more clarity, maybe some examples.

Really well structured and well paced. Trainer was excellent and it is lovely to have a mix of people from different organisations that are doing the course

i enjoyed the day and interacting with the other participants
