A very clear and concise course with Denis providing excellent knowledge and involvement with all team members.

As mentioned wanted to learn and understand HACCP and this was achieved successfully by the efforts of the Tutor, Zoom isn't the best format but grouping individuals to reduce risk of feedback issues would be the way forward
