Very good course, a lot of information. Helps put a structure to HACCP instead of it being a lot of information bundled together.

Tom was excellent and kept the group engaged for the 2 days. A lot is covered in the course but he was able to pace it so that everybody could keep up. It was a bit of a travel for me personally (from Dublin) but it was a diverse group so hard to please everybody. Would highly recommend to any of the guys here to attend the course in person. Great work from Tom.

Overall good ,approach logical not really aligned to real world a bit

everything well prepared and good explained. only an improvment of skipping between the foils of the powerpoint presenation is needed.
