Enjoyable, not too heavy , right pace and the day flew.

Tom was very engaging tutor and made what could of been turgid material interesting.

The training gave very good updates to the topic and a basement for upcoming improvements

Very good course, a lot of information. Helps put a structure to HACCP instead of it being a lot of information bundled together.

Tom was excellent and kept the group engaged for the 2 days. A lot is covered in the course but he was able to pace it so that everybody could keep up. It was a bit of a travel for me personally (from Dublin) but it was a diverse group so hard to please everybody. Would highly recommend to any of the guys here to attend the course in person. Great work from Tom.
