Very interesting course….as a new employee in the food industry it gave me a great overall understanding of food safety….esp from a legal and regulatory view point.

Brian was an excellent tutor, very knowledgeable with constant referencing of legislation and to other relevant reference documents throughout . Very interactive course which is great, always helps bring people out of their shell and be more confident to ask questions etc. Would definitely complete a course again with SQT.

Joan was excellent. I never had HACCP training before and I’m coming away much more confident in multiple subject areas than before.

It was worth spending 2 days for this course. As a fresher working in a MNC, this will helps me in a better understanding of quality documents when I deal with the supplier documents and will help to give a proper data to the customer.
