Very enjoyable course and will definitely look at other SQT courses relevant to my career.

Very interesting course….as a new employee in the food industry it gave me a great overall understanding of food safety….esp from a legal and regulatory view point.

Brian was an excellent tutor, very knowledgeable with constant referencing of legislation and to other relevant reference documents throughout . Very interactive course which is great, always helps bring people out of their shell and be more confident to ask questions etc. Would definitely complete a course again with SQT.

I enjoyed the HACCP Implementation and Verification course taught by Edel Jones. She taught this course to a great standard. Very helpful, easy to approach with questions and great interaction.
