Very well run and interesting course. Relevant to my work and tailored where possible to our company which really helped. Edel was a very knowledgeable and engaging tutor who made the content easy to understand and kept us all engaged the whole 2 days. I am leaving this course with a much better understanding of HACCP and feeling more confident going back to work!
