Overall exceeded my expectation and target.

The course was detailed and provided great coverage of HACCP. I feel confident in taking this knew knowledge and incorporating it into my work.

There were some parts of the handbook print out that weren't used. Maybe there should be a version to match the session plan? Having the session via zoom made the session a bit oddly paced with delays in answers.
