very engaging trainer and practical examples worked very well

The trainer kept everyone engaged through using role play, asking questions direct to each person in the room, giving regular breaks to ensure we did not lose our attention span. Quite useful all around particularly liked how the role play was used to show us the interview models being used in real time.

I enjoyed the course and the trainer, Jim Sullivan. The information provided and activities we engaged in will enable me to be a more confident investigator when conducting interviews. Thank you.

Thoroughly enjoyed this course which is very relevant to my new role. I felt the course went very fast as Jim held the interest of all the participants. The course was very good and I learnt a lot from it. Especially as I am new to my role. I didn't know much about interviews before this and this course has really helped. Also by doing the role play it helps me to see how an interview was done.
