Very good course. I have completed the same training with other providers and found this to be the most relevant to my current job role.

Richard was able to keep the training informative, and not too intensive with regards to its content in what must be a pretty tough subject to keep the audience engaged. He did this through using personal experiences as examples, which due to his previous line of work was really interesting and insightful. He was very friendly and professional and did a great job.

Jim was enaging and created a calm and relaxed environment to learn the complex nature of Investigation Interviews. He presented at a speed which was just right and ensured understanding before moving onto other difficult subjects.
