Great course and really well delivered. Dave really knows his stuff, was engaging, informative and very patient throughout. He was able to link in real world examples and was really great at explaining things and trying to link techniques to CQC methods. Thanks so much Dave, great training.

I found the training very informative and well paced.

David was an outstanding facilitator. He was respectful of the knowledge and experience participants already possessed and created a psychologically safe environment where everyone felt comfortable contributing. His use of relatable examples, combined with his extensive subject matter expertise, made the learning both engaging and relevant. The course was expertly delivered and provided valuable insights that I can immediately apply in practice. He was also a fantastic actor in the role play.

Excellent course, perhaps a little less focus on witness statements and some more advice on handling difficult interviews would have been useful. I feared that having been in my role for 5 years i would not have gained too much from this course. I am pleasantly surprised how much I have picked up. Thanks

An excellent training session. Tim's knowledge of both the legal background and practical application was outstanding, and he answered every question with confidence and clarity. The course was well organised, engaging, and highly interactive, making it easy to stay focused throughout. By far the best training I have attended so far.
