I found the course very informative. Jim was really good at providing clear and concise explanations, as well as examples. There was a lot of content on the course which covered many elements.
I have completely enjoyed this course, i have gained a lot of knowledge, allowing me to be more confidant in my working role as a Tenancy relations officer. This course will support me planning and prepping for future PACE interviews.

This course gave me such an insight into interview techniques and do and donts. Jim was excellent at delivering this course and I hope to see him again- he explained everything clearly and kept the course interesting from start to finish
