Jim was an excellent instructor - very knowledgeable and engaging and able to teach a lot of complex concepts to the point I (and my colleagues) all feel much more confident and prepared for doing this in our day jobs.

The course was excellent. There was a lot of helpful tools to use when interviewing, the checks and exercises were good to help cement learning. Jim was an excellent teacher he knew the subject matter extremely well which he supplemented with real life stories and situations that helped with learning. It was interactive course and very engaging.
