We got the chance to tap on the vast experience of our trainer to help us face situations we usually find during interviews. I take home many lessons and useful tips.

While it cannot be attributed to the trainer, a course of interview online is not ideal given the practical nature of the activity. However, it still had pretty useful information and theory that was optimally assimilated.

I find the subject matter interesting from a personal perspective anyway, but to supplement that on the professional side and understand how I can relate this to my role within the Authority was very useful. This was enhanced by Jim who was really interesting to listen to, and on the basis made it easier for me to understand the topics being discussed.
