Thoroughly enjoyed both days of Investigative Interviewing. Trainer was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and engaging, patient and understanding of all abilities. Delegates ranged from all abilities and the pace was perfect to meet everyones needs.
Having been trained on various different interviewing techniques over the years, I found this style of investigative interviewing to be the most aligned with how I prefer to interview and the most structured in approach in regards to being able to plan and execute a subject interview.
Tim was an absolute fantastic trainer, explained everything in great detail and provided through, relatable examples. Was brilliant at going through what are quite complex matters.
The trainer Tim is really approachable and well paced in his delivery of the training. The training is well presented and above all well delivered. I felt Tim brought the training in real life scenarios and made it applicable through sharing his experiences.
The course was excellent, and Jim demonstrated extensive knowledge of the subject. I gained a great deal of useful, practical knowledge and now feel more confident about applying what I have learned in practice.

Really informative and engaging sessions; clearly explained and at a really good pace for keeping it interesting but not overwhelming with information. Great examples and case studies used throughout to make the training relevant.
Jim is brilliant. His lecturing style is fantastic.
Jim was an excellent instructor - very knowledgeable and engaging and able to teach a lot of complex concepts to the point I (and my colleagues) all feel much more confident and prepared for doing this in our day jobs.
