Very engaging course and trainer - interactive and all the delegates got involved in some way. It was a comfortable learning space and all of the content can be applied to our team

Tim was very good at making the course material relevant to us. He took the time to answer any questions that any of us had and made a clear effort to involve the whole class in any interactions.

The training was very well delivered, the content was incredibly detailed and questions were answered in full and with understanding. The training has not only given me the knowledge required to answer the assessment questions but also bring further skills and knowledge into my role.

Tim was excellent at delivering this course, he is extremely knowledgeable in this area and was able to apply examples to a wide range of job roles within the training course. Tim was very personable and his teaching style was excellent in delivering the topic. I believe everyone has benefitted massively from this course, especially with Tim's expertise and lived experience.

Very interesting course, the trainer was very engaging and knowledgeable. Helpful to improve interviewing skills. It was mostly relevant to our role and gave us skills which could be used when we interview but was not PPO specific. Left the training feeling more confident in my interview skills.
