I am finding this course enjoyable and relevant to my job role. The interview practical really highlights the importance of ensuring thorough preparation and enhances interviewing techniques to obtain clear and concise information.

This has been an excellent course that exceeded my expectations. The content was practical, focused, and directly relevant to real workplace incidents. What made it stand out was the live interview simulation using the PEACE model – it gave me the chance to think, act, and reflect like a real investigator. The tutor was knowledgeable, supportive, and created a safe space for learning and participation. I now feel more confident in planning and conducting investigative interviews, especially in serious or sensitive cases. I highly recommend this course to any professional involved in health and safety or accident management.

Richard was an excellent trainer. He kept us engaged even on the dry topics on the day. Could listen to his stories all day long, kept us fully engaged and teased out stories from others (ex police, military) great stuff!
