The course was very informative and Tim demonstrated excellent knowledge. There was alot of information in one day, however Tim made the course enjoyable.

Tim was very personable, he made the training interesting and interactive wherever possible meaning we got more from it and were able to put into practice what we had been learning. A lot of information has been delivered in a professional and succinct way given the time constraints, where it would have been ideal to have longer. Course material provided was relevant and Tim also tried to use work specific examples also.
