Really enjoyed the course. As an experienced interviewer I still got a lot out of this- great reminder of PEACE and Cognitive interviewing. Philip was knowledgeable and passionate about the topics

Good course around interviewing techniques. It would have been more beneficial if the role play was done in smaller groups so everyone could have a go instead of two people and everyone watching.

Very interesting course, the trainer was very engaging and knowledgeable. Helpful to improve interviewing skills. It was mostly relevant to our role and gave us skills which could be used when we interview but was not PPO specific. Left the training feeling more confident in my interview skills.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course, it was interesting and relevant to my work. I’ve come away with lots of information and knowledge, I only knocked a point off the above question because I feel like I need to practice putting the skills into practice.
