Real-world expertise and practical interview practice are the course’s defining strengths. Attendees value trainers who explain complex legal and investigative interviewing principles clearly, use relatable anecdotes and adapt examples to different roles. Interactive role plays, scenarios, quizzes and group discussion help turn the PEACE model, questioning techniques and preparation into usable skills, leaving learners more confident at work. Some feel the packed timetable allows too little practice, particularly in role play.
