ok course for a beginner

Did cover everything Anu Saini as been very clarified

The session was very good and we learned a lot from it of how to deal customer services

it was a very interesting session and i learnt a lot of new things, and new ways to deal with customers when I will be working a bus driver

the course has been very good upto now, The tutor has been very prepared and very helpful.
