Andy engaged all staff & encouraged lots of questions from the full team. Advice on coaching & personality types was a really useful for taking away and passing on everything learnt over the last couple of days.

Andy is an incredibly engaging trainer. His knowledge of theory shines through, but the power of the delivery comes from how he draws from his wealth of anecdotal experience from where he has worked frontline and within the care system for a number of years. Andy took the time to ensure all learners were included and understood what he was addressing before moving onto the next area of the course. He made sure everyone was valued and able to contribute. As discussed with Andy, the only constructive feedback I can give for improvement is the slides did not always align with each page of the workbook.

Really enjoyed the course as supporting positive behaviour is something I am very passionate about and is very relevant to my background. I am new in to working this setting and found lots of new information out . Andy was very engaging , easy to understand and very personable. Thank you !
