Andy was very knowledgeable and friendly during the course. Learnt lots of new information to help me during my practice. I can use this training to help develop PBS plans. The training booklet could have more spaces to write in.
The instructor was amazing, He gave clear and structured information without over complicating The course was very informative,
Good at interacting with the group, given ways to support our individuals in a positive approach and in best possible way
Excellent deliverance of the course very informative explanations for any queries eagerly answered
The only thing I found challenging ing was knowing which page within the workbook we were meant to be on in comparison to the slides we were on at that point.

Andy was extremely knowledgeable, being able to answer some of my difficult questions. Giving multiple examples to try and explain points when I was struggling to understand a point. Leaving me wanting to learn more about human psychology and behaviour. Allowing me to provide better care to my staff and team
