Good overall training. Really think it will be interesting to see how it will work in service. Good trainer. Booklet was a little all over the place. Did not like the new paper pens.

Andy was a very enthusiastic knowledgeable course trainer. I found some of the content repetitive from the previous 2 day course. Overall I feel I will find the content helpful in my job role.
