I found the causer was very interesting. But I feel for my learning and understanding the booklet’s/ handout could have more of the slide in because I reflect from them and not everything is in them

Andy had extremely good knowledge around the Positive Behaviour Support and had lots of ways that these could be implemented within services.
It was very informative , it was a lot to take in , maybe an additional break would have helped , but enjoyed it , thank you
