Lou was really engaging, made the course really enjoyable without it being cringy like other comms courses I've been on in the past!!! No ritual humiliation in front of the whole room!
I thoroughly enjoyed the course. The role plays took me out of my comfort zone and taught me how to approach a few different scenarios in the future. Lou was a fantastic trainer and kept us all engaged throughout the day, giving relevant stories and examples to bring the training to life. I'm looking forward to getting back to the work place to try out my new skills.
