Good content and useful refresher on communication excellence. The PDR session was a bit muddled - it probably reflects where KAD is with PDRs.
Lou is a very good trainer. I was impressed with the fact that she remembered each and every person’s name. The course material was good. I have learned a lot from the course. She is a very good presenter and speaks well.

Louise has been very engaging from start to finish! I enjoyed the course and was able to learn things about myself. I was challenged and encouraged and happy with the outcome. Will definitely refer to today’s course to improve being a good communicator.
Good course eye opener to why I do what I do so I aim to use what I have learnt today
