I would have liked to see more contents based on written communication ie emails, as this is the most commonly used method of communication.

Learnt to appreciate different communication styles. Has put better focus on the skills required for effective communications.

Good content and useful refresher on communication excellence. The PDR session was a bit muddled - it probably reflects where KAD is with PDRs.

I like having a deeper understanding of how I work

It is interesting to hear all these facts about our personalities and how we differ and how we interact. Once we understand each other better we are able to interact more effectively. I do need to look at my personal brand and have never thought of this before. I do also have some conflicts with these personality exercises i.e. i thought I was a different person but is helping me to develop myself. For that the course is very useful.
