This course was very enjoyable and I would highly recommend it. It was helpful to have coursework to complete before webinars so that the information could be retained. I enjoyed my sessions with Dawn. Her warmth and friendliness made me feel at ease. Having more confidence in my abilities to support people with mental health issues is definitely a great feeling for me.

Very helpful, and enjoyable. I found it very useful to not just to use this course for work but also to apply to my personal life e.g. friends
