Course was excellently run by Steve and even those of us who have had this training previously still learned new things. The venue, however, was ill-equiped for the needs of the tutor as there was no wifi or any signal of significance.

Course was well done and instructed. Glad we had the ability to talk as a group which was the most engaging part. Some things were repetitive but I understand that it’s for us to remember! Overall great course that betters my understanding of this wide ranging topics

Steve delivered the course in a laid-back and conversational way, which was ideal for helping us to feel at ease and comfortable with this range of difficult discussion topics. I felt safe to contribute my own experiences and share my ideas with the group. The course content was up to date, relevant, explained well and worded sensitively. I would have liked to see autism and adhd mentioned in the literature as significant contributing factors towards mental health issues, but in all I am grateful to know that MHFA is being widely taught and shared, and that we are making steps towards breaking stigma surrounding mental health and wellbeing.

Carol was absolutely amazing and I would love to be able to attend training with her in future. Lee was also very informative. It would be better if the slides, books and content flowed in the same order.

Response: Thank you Aoife, it was an absolute pleasure to get to know you a bit better and thank you so much for your recommendations (especially the skin care!). I hope we keep in touch. I want to watch you continue to fly :-)
